When we speak of dharma, we generally get a mixed bag definition: rituals, duties, religion etc. And the result is confusion. Because dharma is not any one of these. If anything divides human beings, it absolutely cannot be dharma.

The core of dharma in its true sense lies in each one of us.

HONESTY: we might get cynical here because we see very little honesty today. And yet, it is our core because, when thinking about it, who can accept and actually like dishonesty? Which means honesty IS our core.

WORK/ ACTIVITY: Movement and change are two constants. Activity is our second core. We need to give it direction but all humans have act ..that is, keep moving . It is inevitable.

CLEANLINESS: an inevitable measure of dharma. To clean not only the body but the thoughts, the mind and emotions, ego as well as our environment.

KINDNESS: to care selflessly. Help people in need without wanting to be on page 3. On human, compassionate grounds.

Irrespective of your religion, any other identities you might have, all the four points mentioned constitute your inner core as a human being. And if all of us started understanding and practicing this form of dharma, there would come a time when all humans of whichever religion, caste, creed would happily and harmoniously share space, love and peaceful progress.

“I can’t see” or ” I can’t breathe” said often are not to be taken lightly. There are those who actually cannot breathe in life and are steeped in depression and have many energy blocks.

Similarly, those who complain of not being able to see are like those who are drowning in the sea of life. Critical conditions may be close.

The stereotypes must be attended to. There can also be a lack of self love here leading to various mental and emotional aberrations. And not everyone has the awareness or the wisdom to know they should seek help. Their families sometimes have even less awareness and, in ignorance, do generate more harm.

So, when you see these tendencies in people around you, please get wise and seek help for them.

There are many religions and sects and several texts which teach human beings how to live with each other and how to also evolve spiritually while performing our daily karma.

But what gets internalized is basically what some religious heads interpret from these texts and unfortunately, add their own bit to keep their place in the hierarchical order , thus , often losing the thought processes of the writers and the authenticity of the text.

The end result is groups, blind following, and rigid mindsets and therefore, limited minds and a huge amount of intolerance for anyone who does not believe in your belief systems….a potentially ignitable situation at the best of times and the worst of times.

If every human being was taught instead, to read the texts and gain the knowledge written with the pure, undiluted intentions of those writers, this world would learn to follow the universal laws and treat each other with love, respect and understanding.

It is never too late to incorporate such studies within the academic curriculum. There will most certainly be astounding results. We have forgotten our “gurukuls”.

The word “limited” is associated with all things and people. Our very existence on this earth is “limited”. From what we know , the energy we bring into the world is also limited. The “karma” we carry is also limiting in our lives. Isn’t it true that we are always in search of something better, or someone better ; maybe, searching for a better life, more comforts, a more loving person to love etc. There is ALWAYS  a search for the magic word “MORE”. The word “more” indicates that there is a limitation for the very reason that that there is a feeling that there IS more .

Yet, ironically, this has an inherent fact built in that there HAS to be an ” unlimited “somewhere…where the search ends. That destination is the “unlimited”. Some call it “God”, some call it “heaven”. The knowledge we have from the world of Regression and Hypnotherapy points to the Spirit World , the original home of our soul. This is a place where the soul energy is unlimited, a place from where soul fragments descend onto the physical plane through the cycle of birth and death for a stipulated amount of time. Having been separated from its whole energy system, this soul BECOMES limited for a while in order to learn its lessons and then travels back to the unlimited realm where it belongs.
